Le Coordinateur de Help-Tchad est un leader expérimenté dans la gestion de projets humanitaires au Tchad. Doté d'une solide compréhension des enjeux locaux, il dirige notre équipe avec compétence et empathie. Grâce à ses excellentes compétences en communication en français et en arabe, il représente efficacement l'ONG auprès des partenaires et des communautés locales. Diplômé en développement international, il possède les compétences nécessaires pour superviser les projets, gérer les budgets et établir des relations durables avec les donateurs. Flexible et résilient, il est déterminé à répondre aux défis humanitaires tout en maintenant des normes élevées d'éthique professionnelle.
